Scheduling Appointments at Our Facility

The Pain Treatment Center of the Bluegrass has a Registration and Scheduling Department to handle all the appointment information. All patients must be registered with our office prior to scheduling an appointment to see a physician. This helps us obtain the necessary information to begin a file on you for our physicians, as well as take down your insurance information and other important details we will need throughout the course of your care at our Center.

Registration and Scheduling

Our Registration and Scheduling Department exists in order to provide staff with a place to greet patients scheduled at the facility, as well as to verify patients’ demographic and insurance information. It also serves as an area for patients to wait until the clinical staff has been notified of their arrival. This area is also where scheduling takes place. Patients are provided with an appointment according to their provider’s instructions/orders and their schedules. We strive to accommodate your schedule and find an appointment time that works for you.
