Ensures authorization of services ordered and provides for timely and accurate billing and collection for all services rendered.

For information regarding your account, you may contact the department for detailed statements or inquire as to whether services have been authorized by your insurance carrier.

Also, if you have a change in your insurance information, mailing address or phone number, you may contact the billing department to report the change(s).

Making a payment on your account

• You may pay by Cash, Check or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) at the center.
